*Miz vs. Funkasaurus
This is the second time we see The Miz for the evening, as he was featured in the battle royal. The Miz claims to be the chief dancer in WWE and hits some Michael Jackson moves before Brodus Clay comes to the ring. We see this gimmick done on indy wrestling shows all the time. Works on that low level, but not on pay per view. The match was nothing overly complicated, yet still came off sloppy. Clay hits a second rope suplex before hitting Miz with a splash for the duke. This match was nothing more than time filler.
WINNER: BRODUS CLAY

*Intercontinental Championship
Christian vs. (c)Cody Rhodes
During a backstage segment, battle royal winner Christian decided he wanted to wrestle Rhodes for the Intercontinental Championship. Rhodes starts off with punches, and Christian makes a quick comeback before Rhodes pushes him into the steel stairs on the outside. Rhodes hits a beautiful superplex to continue the brutal beating on underdog Christian. After a few more minutes, Christian rallies the troops and but misses a top rope cross body block. Hits the Killswitch for a shocking win.
WINNER: CHRISTIAN (c)

*WWE Championship
Daniel Bryan vs. (c)CM Punk
Hardcore smart marks are going wild, as these two make their way to the ring. A wild "Yes!" chant breaks out during Daniel Bryan's introducton. The match starts off with some basic wrestling and then Punk targeting the leg. Bryancomes back with some kicks of his own. CM Punk hooks an Indian Deathlock submission, but Bryan comes back with some vicious forearms. Looks like the two are just recycling old Ring of Honor spots. Daniel Bryan breaks out a Surfboard submission and tries to overhook Punk's head, but is unable to keep the move together. Crowd is still alive and into the bout. Punk starts to fight back with some elbow strikes but Bryan comes back with a kneedrop to the kidney. Punk rocks a comeback after a double down, lunging a neck breaker andpowerslam. Punk then hits a suicide dive to the padded outside. Big difference from the concrete they used to dive onto. Near fall by challenger Bryan aftera vicious kick to the head. Crowd erupts in a noticeable "this is awesome" chant. The two exchanged legit head butts in the center of the ring, and I thought that was unneeded. Considering all the controversy with sports concussions, it's just a bad time tobe slamming skulls together on purpose. Bryan grabs the "Yes Lock" and we get the dramatic submissions moment. CM Punk rolls back and gets the pin during the submission. There was some controversy about whether Punk was tapping out or not. Punk reverses Yes lock into a pinfall. This finish will lead to future matches. The match was great.
WINNER: CM PUNK (c)

*Camacho vs. Ryback
After the championship bout, we get another Ryback filler bout. The only noteworthy thing here was it wasn't a complete squash. The match was fine for what it was but I've seen it numerous times prior to tonight.
WINNER: RYBACK

*Main Event
John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis
The main event is John Cena versus general manager John Laurinaitis. We get some goofy spots, including John Cena an airplane spin and ringing the bell against the General Manager's head. Cena is obviously just having fun with Laurinaitis. This reminds us of the Bret Hart versus Vince McMahon from Wrestlemania. Well, at least the announcers are having fun. Cena dumps three bottles over John Laurinaitis, and I feel like I'm watching a Nickelodeon show. Awful. Laurinaitis finally attacks Cena's injured arm, and starts mounting an offense, including the use of a steel chair. Laurinaitis tries to escape the arena, but the recently fired Big Show comes and brings him back out. We smell a trap. Sure enough, Big Show knocks out Cena!!! Laurinaitis gets the cheap win.
WINNER: JOHN LAURINAITIS
